- 3 large poblano peppers
- ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1 cup milk or coconut milk for a dairy-free version
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1-2 jalapeños for added heat
Roast poblano peppers until skins are charred and blistered.
