  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 cups chopped lettuce romaine or iceberg
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • Optional toppings: pickles jalapeños, sesame seeds
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish in a bowl to make the special sauce.
