Ingredients
  

  • 4 lamb shoulder chops
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar optional
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika or cumin optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add honey or brown sugar and smoked paprika or cumin if using.
  • Place lamb in a dish or bag, pour marinade over, and refrigerate.
